Founding CSI Recruiting in 2001, Jeff knew from a young age that he wanted to open and operate his own business.

Perhaps it sprang from his success in baseball card trading (Go Sox!), or his struggles in selling advertising in the hometown weekly paper, or his work with intelligent yet unfocused liberal arts graduates in the Career Center at Colorado College, but in short order Jeff found himself in the recruiting business.

Having moved to Fort Worth in March of 2012, Jeff and his family of four can often be seen cheering on the hometown favorite TCU Horned Frogs.

A former marketing communications and public relations executive with Ogilvy Public Relations, Lesley oversees CSI Recruiting’s public profile. Her purview includes the development and maintenance of the company home page, our presence in social media outlets and creation of advertising and marketing campaigns. Without Lesley’s steady hand at the wheel, this website you’re viewing would be rudimentary at best. Lesley is a busy mother of two children, and an active member of the Fort Worth Woman’s Club.
