Our recruiting staff works tirelessly through referrals, direct networking, and regional contacts to find you the best candidate in his or her field.

How and when do I start receiving qualified candidates?
First, contact us in order to create a profile for the position you need filled. Next, we sign a contract and then immediately notify our recruiting staff to begin the search for your candidate. In most cases, you will start receiving information about qualified candidates within 48 hrs.
How much does your service cost?
In most cases, CSI Recruiting works on a contingency basis. In short, we generally receive compensation only after you have hired one of our candidates and are 100% satisfied with the placement. We charge a percentage of the first year’s cash compensation for permanent employee hires. Contract and Contract-to-Hire arrangements are dealt with on an individual case basis.
