CSI Recruiting is working with a small, privately-held oil & gas company based in Fort Worth, Texas, supporting their current need for an experienced Division Order Analyst.  Working within the company’s Land Department, the Division Order Analyst analyzes and interprets legal documents regarding ownership transfers, fields owner relations calls and coordinates with revenue and joint interest billing departments for timely payment and billing of royalty and working interest.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis, calculation, and maintenance of record title ownership and division of interest in producing properties
  • Assist in securing, and the validation of, division order title curative documents
  • Generate and distribute Division Orders and track receipt of executed documents
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date hard copy and electronic files
  • Interface with mineral owners regarding property interests and inquiries
  • Strong understanding of basic math concepts
  • Possess a working knowledge of oil and gas vocabulary as well as understand and read legal descriptions for a track of land and have the ability to interpret land title information
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Performs special projects, assist the Land team and perform any other duties related to the position of Division Order

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred. High school diploma Required

Minimum Experience: 5 Years of experience as a Division Order Analyst or Title Analyst.  Experience working with oil & gas industry land software systems is strongly preferred – examples include Quorum, Enertia, P2 (BOLO, Excalibur)
