Optimization / Operations Engineer, Dallas, TX
CSI Recruiting is presently supporting a growing independent E&P firm with their need for experienced an Optimization / Operations Engineer to work with oil properties within the company’s domestic, onshore asset portfolio. Interviews will be starting in the next 1 to 2 weeks – If you’re an experienced Operations Engineer and / or Production Engineer with an interest in expanding your skill set, learning new asset regions and working within a growth-focused environment, this is a role we need to discuss!
The working environment at the company’s headquarters office in Dallas / North Dallas is collaborative, with cross-functional teams working on a specific asset. The company’s Engineers, Geologists and Landmen work together on development and exploration projects, with the oversight of senior-level technical leadership.
This role is available to due to substantial acquisition activity and increases to the company’s 2023 drilling and operations budget.

Requirements
Client is seeking a minimum of 3 years of in-house petroleum engineering experience with an emphasis on production and operations engineering within either conventional or unconventional assets. Specific basin experience, however candidates should have experience working with domestic, onshore assets in an production optimization and results-focused environment.
Must have a BSPE or similar degree, must have domestic onshore experience, and relocation assistance is available.
